The Red Carpet Lounge – 16423 East Warren Avenue, Detroit, Michigan, was an early live music venue that was open from 1967 to 1989. Presenting artists like The Rockets, The Stingrays, and Rob Tyner (of the MC5), the club was the nexus of the scene in Detroit at its very start (even before Bookies).
